As a Christian, as a disciple of Jesus Christ, we all need to have a purpose, vision for our life. Because without a purpose, vision for our life, this life means nothing. It's like living a life that is meaningless. When Jesus came to this world, his purpose was to show us the Father, that our Father, God is not angry with us instead he is full of Love and mercy, slow to get angry and always loving us. Jesus came to the earth to destroy the power of sin and darkness so that we can have live and be reconciled with the Father. That was his mission and he fulfilled it. So what is the purpose of your life? As a follower of Jesus, and because we have been saved by God's grace and we know Jesus as our Lord and saviour, it our duty and responsibility to tell others about Jesus. because if we don't tell them who will tell them. As for me I want to tell everyone about Jesus, about how much he loves me and what he has done for me. I will not be ashamed to tell others about Jes

The majority of churches in NZ have less than 100 people.  While the big churches are naturally the most well-known, there are some strong advantages to being part of a small church. Being a part of a small church is like being a part of a family. We get to know everyone easily and it's fun being a  part of a small church as there's total freedom. While worship you can jump, you can dance, you whatever you feel like doing for the Glory of God. Whereas in a big church, there's a structure to it. there's no freedom. pretty much you can do which you can do in a small church. To be honest I like being a part of a small church, it's fun. Also being a part of small church, you can get involved in church ministry, like setting up the church before Sunday service, maybe jump on the worship team, do the dishes after church service. In John 16, Jesus refers to the Spirit as a "Counselor" who will guide us in our everyday lives. One way he'll guide us is by convicting us of sin (16:8). And this is really a good thing: God wants us to get rid of the things that displease him, and the only way to identify those things is to be convicted by the Spirit. The Spirit works through our conscience to make us aware of sin in our lives. In other word, Holy Spirit is like our friend, he's our guide, he wants to spend time with us. He wants to have fellowship with us. He wants to to be with us in every moment of our lives. That's his desire. He longs to spend time with us.  But unless we let the Holy Spirit come into our heart, Holy Spirit won't forcefully come and reside in our heart. We need to invite our Holy Spirit into our lives everyday.  Fruits of the Holy Spirit.  Galatians 5:22-23 says,  But the fruit  of the Spirit is love,  joy, peace,  forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithful

Psalm 23 is one of the most famous Psalm written by King David, which talks about how our God is a good shepherd to us, providing, protecting us, giving us rest when we need it.  I just love it. Infact I've memorised the whole Psalm by heart. King David had a heart after God and because he was always in the presence of God, he knew and he'd tasted the goodness of God and writes this Psalm.
